Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons: underwear, swimwear, and any items marked as final sale.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@loveyourcurves.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@loveyourcurves.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out at no cost to you.
